摘    要:目的:比较金丝桃属药用植物中金丝桃苷含量,为筛选新的药用品种以及为定量评价提供参考依据.方法:采用HPLC法测定金丝桃属3组5种1亚种金丝桃苷的含量.结果:金丝桃苷的进样量在0.101~2.023μg范围内峰面积值与进样量之间线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.527%.贯叶连翘的含量最高1.257%,其次是川滇金丝桃0.461%,含量最低是元宝草0.137%.结论:本方法的稳定性和重现性较好,可作为药材的品质评价方法之一.贯叶连翘、川滇金丝桃等金丝桃属药用植物有进一步研究、开发价值.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of hyperin in Hypericum medicinal plants. METHODS: HPLC method was established. Alltima C18 radial compression column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (45:55, adjusted to pH = 3.0 with triethylamine). The detecting wavelength was 360 nm. Flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, external standard method was quantitative analysis method. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.101-2.023 microg. The average recovery was 96.527%. The result showed that the content of hyperin in H. perforatum, H. forrestii was higher than that of others (1.257% and 0.461% respectively). CONCLUSION: This method provides an accurate and sensitive way in detecting hyperin.
