摘    要:目的测定两面针药材各部位的两面针碱含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为HYPERSILBDSC185μm(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(6634),检测波长为328nm.结果两面针碱的平均加样回收率和RSD分别为100.24%,1.83%.根中的两面针碱含量最高.结论本方法可用于两面针的质量控制,根为合理用药部位.

Abstract:Objective: To determine the nitidine in different parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.) DC Methods: HPLC method was used. The column was HYPERSIL BDS C18. The mobile phase was 0.02 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate: acetonitrile (66:34). The detective wavelength was 328 nm. Results:The average recoveries and BSD for nitidine was 100.24% ,1.83% respectively. The root containd more nitidine than other parts. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. The roots were the best part for medicine.
