乌仙止血颗粒治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血36例临床观察

目的：观察乌仙止血颗粒治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的本病患者70例随机分为治疗组36例和对照组34例，治疗组子乌仙止血颗粒治疗，对照组予米非司酮治疗。治疗3个月后观察观察患者治疗前后卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）水平变化效，并评价临床疗效。结果：治疗后两组生殖激素FSH、LH、E2、P均低于治疗前（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组生殖激素FSH、LH、E2、P、PRL均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。有效率治疗组为88．9％，对照组为79．4％，治疗组有效率有于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：鸟仙止血颗粒治疗更年期功能性子宫出血有较好疗效。

Clinical Effect of Wuxian Zhixue Granules on Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding： A Clinical observation of 36 Cases

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wuxian Zhixue granules on climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： The 70 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control group, respectively with 36 and 34 cases. Patients were treated with Wuxian Zhixue granules in the treatment group,and mifepristone in the control group. The follicule-stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）, estradiol（E2） and progesterone（P）were observed in three months,and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results： The FSH,LH,E2 and P decreased in two groups after the treatment（P〈0.05）; the FSH,LH,E2 and P of treatment group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）, after the treatment. The effective rate was 88.9% and 79.4% respectively in treatment and control group, and the effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group,but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Wuxian Zhixue granules can provide well clinical effect for climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
