| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我院2012年门诊中成药应用情况,为中成药的管理和临床用药提供理论依据.方法 根据我院药库计算机信息系统,以销售金额、用药频度、日均费用为指标对我院2012年门诊所用中成药进行分类统计、综合分析.结果 我院门诊药房销售的中成药主要剂型是片剂、丸剂和胶囊剂三种口服剂型,主要类别是扶正类、活血化瘀类和调经养血类药,我院门诊中成药销售金额前10种主要是不孕不育和妇科疾病患者的常用药.结论 我院门诊中成药的应用基本合理,但也存在部分需要改进的地方.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of Chinese patent drugs in the clinic of our hospital and to provide reference for rational drugs use. Methods According to data in our hospital network information system, the Chinese patent drugs in 2012 were classified statistically and analyzed in respects of consumption sum, defined daily doses（DDDs） and defined daily consumption （DDC）. Result the top 3 dosage forms in our hospital were troches,pills and capsules, and the main kinds of drugs were fu zheng drugs,huo xue hua yu drugs and tiao jing yang xue drugs. The top 10 Chinese patent drugs of sale amount in 2012 were almost used for inlertiliy ,sterility and gynecology diseases. Conclusion the use of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital for outpatient is basically rational; however, there are still some problems to be improved. |
