二仙汤对更年期肾阳虚大鼠的影响

目的：探讨二仙汤对更年期肾阳虚大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法：将30只符合自然老化的更年期大鼠模型，随机平均分配为对照组、模型对照组和治疗组，3月龄鼠作为青年组。模型治疗组和治疗组用氢化可的松制造肾阳虚模型成功后，治疗组给予二仙汤灌胃14天。观察二仙汤对大鼠性激素水平的影响。结果：二仙汤能明显减轻肾阳虚症状，体重增加（P〈０．01），治疗组血中的雌二醇（E2）明显高于模型组（P〈０．05），促黄体生成素（LH）和卵泡生成素（FSH）低于模型组（P〈０．05）。结论：二仙汤对更年期肾阳虚大鼠模型有治疗作用。

The Effect of Erxiantang Decoction on Climacteric Rats with Insufficiency of Kidney-yang

Objective： To observe the effect of erxiantang on reproductive ednocrine functions in climacteic rats with insufficiency of kidney-yang. Methods： 30 female wister rats at their natural climacteric age of 11-1 5 months were randomly divided into 3 groups：1, controls group 2. model（M） group and 3. M ＋ EXT treatment group. 10 female rats at the age of 3-5 months served as young controls. After the model of insufficiency of kideney- yang was set up. Beginning from day15, rats of group 3 were given each by gastrogavage 8g/kg of Erxiantangfor 14 days. We observe the efects of erxiantang on reproductive ednocrine functions in climacteric rats. Results ： In comparison with rats of the model group （ group 2 ）, rats of group3 treated with Erxiantang had a depilation of milder degree, better appetite, amelioration of polyuria and chilly sensation, as well as a striking increase in body weight（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum level of E2 in rats treated with Erxiantang was significantly higher than that of the model group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the levels of serum FSH and LH in rats treated with Erxiantang were apparently lower than those in rats of the model group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Erxiantang was shown to be effective in the treatment of insufficiency of kidney yang in climacteric rats.
