综合疗法治疗肝肾阴虚型眩晕60例的临床研究

目的观察针灸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝肾阴虚型眩晕的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组60例天麻钩藤饮口服,治疗组60例采用天麻钩藤饮口服联合针灸,2周后疗效判定。结果治疗组痊愈35例,好转19例,无效6例;对照组痊愈27例,好转16例,无效17例;总有效率治疗组(90.0%)优于对照组(71.7%)(P0.05)。结论针灸联合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝肾阴虚型眩晕疗效满意。

Clinical Study on Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Vertigo of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney for 60 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of vertigo of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 60 cases took orally Tianma Gouteng drink. The treatment group of 60 cases used acupuncture and moxibustion, and took orally Tianma Gouteng drink. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effect was compared. Results In the treatment group, 35 cases were cured, 19 cases improved, 6 cases were invalid. In the control group, 27 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, 17 cases were invalid. The total effective rate of the treatment group (90. 0%) was better than that of the control group (71. 7%) (P<0. 05). Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of vertigo of yin deficiency of liver and kidney has satisfied curative effect.
