摘    要:目的探讨中医护理模式对预防股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢静脉血栓的疗效分析。方法 2015年12月—2016年12月在大连市中医医院就诊的股骨颈骨折患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例采取普通护理,试验组使用中医护理,比较两组患者下肢静脉血栓的人数和Harris髋关节评分。结果试验组采取下肢静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对股骨颈骨折患者采取中医护理模式,可以有效的预防术后下肢静脉血栓,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with transcervical fracture.Methods 60 cases of patients with transcervical fracture from December 2015 to December 2016 in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 30 cases took ordinary care.The experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The number of patients with lower limb venous thrombosis and Harris hip score between the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode can effectively prevent postoperative lower limb vein thrombosis, and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
