肠宁饮联合化疗治疗直肠癌患者的临床观察

目的观察自拟肠宁饮联合化疗治疗直肠癌患者的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月于大连市中医医院肿瘤科治疗的直肠癌患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例采用常规XELOX方案化疗,试验组30例在对照组基础上采用口服中药肠宁饮,观察两组患者的KPS评分及血液学毒性。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论肠宁饮联合化疗治疗直肠癌患者不良作用小,疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation on Changning Drink Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Rectal Cancer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Changning drink combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods 60 cases of patients with rectal cancer from January 2015 to December 2016 in department of oncology of Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method.30 cases in the control group used conventional XELOX chemotherapy.30 cases in the experimental group used oral traditional Chinese medicine Changning drink based on the control group.The KPS score and hematological toxicity of the two groups were observed.Results The experimental group was better than the control group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Changning drink combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer has small side effect and definitely curative effect.
