骨痿汤应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者椎体成形术后的临床观察

目的研究骨痿汤应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者椎体成形术后的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月-2019年5月收治的68例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组34例。2组均接受PVP治疗,对照组行注射鲑鱼降钙素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行骨瘘汤治疗。观察2组临床疗效、疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果观察组的总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,与对照组相比,观察组的VAS评分较低,JOA评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者在行椎体成形术后应用骨瘘汤治疗可有效降低其疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,值得应用推广。

Clinical Observation on Guswei Decoction in Patients with Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture after Vertebroplasty

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guwei decoction in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures after vertebroplasty. Methods 68 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. Both groups received PVP treatment, the control group was treated with salmon calcitonin treatment, and the observation group was treated with Guwei decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain level and lumbar function of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.06%) was higher than that of the control group(82.35%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the observation group had lower VAS score than the control group. The JOA score of the observation group was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Guwei decoction in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures after vertebroplasty can effectively reduce the degree of pain and improve lumbar function. It is worthy of application.
