| 摘 要： | 目的:观察硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法:将64例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为2组,治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例).两组均施以饮食控制,及积极控制血糖,对照组以甲钴胺500μg,日一次,静脉注射,治疗组在此基础上加以硫辛酸600mg/d+生理盐水250ml,日一次,静脉输入,连续14天为1个疗程,观察治疗前后两组神经病变TSS评分及神经传导速度的变化.结果:治疗后,两组患者神经病变TSS评分均较前改善,感觉运动神经传导速度均较治疗前显著提高,且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:临床使用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效.
