疏肝和胃饮治疗反流性食管炎50例

目的研究自拟疏肝和胃饮联合抑酸剂和促进胃动力药对反流性食管炎(RE)的临床作用。方法选我院脾胃病科100例反流性食管炎病患随机分组,对照组50例采用泮托拉唑和莫沙必利,治疗组50例在此基础上又加服疏肝和胃饮。结果 8周后2组的临床总有效率分别为88%和74%,内镜下总有效率分别为92%和76%,2组经临床、内镜下有效率的比对,治疗组明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西联合应用对RE的疗效更突出,不良反应低,复发率低,可大力推广之。

Sugan Hewei Drink in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis for 50 Cases

Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Sugan Hewei drink combined with suppression and promoting gastric dynamics medicine on reflux esophagitis ( RE) .Method Choosing 100 cases of reflux esophagitis patients from department of spleen and stomach disease, they were randomly divided into groups .The control group of 50 patients used pantoprazole and mosapride .The treatment group of 50 cases used Sugan Hewei drink on the basis of the control group .Results After 8 weeks, the clinical total effective rate of two groups were 88%and 74%, respectively , and the total effective rate under gastroscope was 92%and 76%, respectively .By the clinical effective rate and endoscopic efficient comparison , the treatment group was significantly better than the control group , and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Chinese and Western medicine on RE had significantly curative effect , low side effect and the recurrence rate .It can be promoted .
