中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变42例

目的探讨中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取我院糖尿病周围神经病变患者84例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组采用甲钴胺片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗,比较两组疗效差异。结果观察组治疗有效率95.24%明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效显著,且不增加药物不良反应发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy for 42 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 84 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases) by random number table method .Patients in control group were treated with Mecobalamin tablets .The observation group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group .The differences on therapeutic effect were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant clinical effect , and does not increase the risk of adverse drug reactions .It is worthy of clinical application .
