| 摘 要： | 目的观察止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将80例感冒后咳嗽患者随机分为两组。对照组予枸橼酸喷托维林片和氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组予止嗽散加减治疗,疗程10天,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of the modified Zhisou Powder in treating cough after cold .Method 80 patients of cough after cold were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated by pentoxyverine citrate tablets and loratadine tablets , and the treatment group was treated by modified Zhisou powder .The course of treatment was 10 days.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Zhisou powder in treating cough after cold has significant effect . |
