活血化肝煎治疗非酒精性脂肪肝痰瘀互结型临床研究

目的观察活血化肝煎治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(痰瘀互结型)的临床疗效。方法将90例非酒精性脂肪肝(痰瘀互结型)患者随机分为两组,每组45例。治疗组予活血化肝煎1剂/天,水煎400ml,200ml/次,早晚2次分服。对照组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊,每次2粒,3次/天。两组疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后患者中医证候积分、肝功能、血脂、肝脏彩超及体重指数(BMI)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后肝功能、血脂、BMI均较治疗前改善(P0.05),治疗组治疗后肝功能、血脂、BMI改善程度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论活血化肝煎治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(痰瘀互结型)疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on Huoxue Huagan Decoction in Treating Non-Alcoholic Fatty liver disease with Phlegm-stasis Accumulation Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huagan decoction in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm-stasis accumulation syndrome.Methods 90 cases of confirmed patients were randomized into two groups.Each group had 45 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Huagan decoction, 200ml one time, two times a day.The patients in the control group were treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine capsules one time, three times a day.The course of treatment of the two groups was 3 months.The changes in the TCM syndrome, liver function, blood-lipid, B-ultrasound and BMI before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.1% and 71.1%, respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Liver function, blood-lipid and BMI of the two groups were improved after treatment (P<0.05).The improvement of liver function, blood-lipid and BMI after treatment of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, respectively ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Huoxue Huagan decoction in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm-stasis accumulation syndrome has good curative effect, and is worthy of clinical promoted application.
