中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床观察

目的观察复荣通脉胶囊联合贝前列腺素钠治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法将入选的糖尿病周围血管病变患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均常规治疗。治疗组给予复荣通脉胶囊口服联合贝前列腺素钠片口服,对照组单用贝前列腺素钠片口服,观察两组临床症状、皮温、ABI的变化。结果治疗组在改善临床症状、皮温、ABI等方面明显优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01),且未见明显不良反应。结论复荣通脉胶囊联合贝前列腺素钠片治疗糖尿病周围血管病变,疗效优于单用贝前列腺素钠片。

Clinical Observation on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Vascular Disease

Objective To observed the clinical curative effect of Furong Tongmai capsule combined with beraprost sodium in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease .Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The two groups were given conventional treatment .The treatment group was given Furong Tongmai capsule combined with beraprost sodium .The control group used beraprost sodium .The clinical symptoms , the changes of skin temperature and ABI of the two groups were observed .Results The treatment group was better than control group in improving clinical symptoms, skin temperature and ABI (P <0.05, P <0.01), and there were no obvious adverse reactions .Conclusions The curative effect of Furong Tongmai capsule combined with beraprost sodium in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease is better than that of the beraprost sodium .
