| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药熥熨配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。方法将我科100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以塞来昔布100mg口服,日2次;对照组予以协定方熥熨一号热敷,同时予以玻璃酸钠关节腔注射。比较患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛、关节活动度、关节屈曲评分情况及有效率。结果治疗组治疗后膝关节疼痛、关节活动度评分优于治疗前(P0.05),有效率为86%。结论中药熥熨一号热敷配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效满意。

Observation on the Effect of Chinese Medicine Hyperthermia combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 50 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine hyperthermia combined with Sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis .Methods: 100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in chronological order .The control group was treated with Celecoxib 100mg orally twice a day .The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine hyperthermia and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate .The knee pain , range of motion , flexion score situation and effect were compared .Results:After treatment , knee pain and joint activity score were better than those before treatment ( P <0.05), and the effective rate was 86%.Conclusion:Chinese medicine hyperthermia combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good therapeutic effect . |
