| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医综合护理对缓解产后宫缩痛的临床效果。方法选取108例产后宫缩痛产妇随机分为对照组与观察组各54例,对照组产后采用常规护理,观察组产后在常规护理的基础上进行中医综合护理。结果观察组产后1d、2d、3d的镇痛效果均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对产后宫缩痛产妇实施中医综合护理,可有效减轻产妇疼痛,提高产妇生活质量和加速康复。

Observation on the Effect of TCM Comprehensive Nursing Care on Alleviating Postpartum Uterine Pain |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive nursing care on alleviating postpartum uterine pain .Methods 108 cases of maternal postpartum uterine pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group .54 patients in the control group used conventional post-natal care .The observation group was given TCM comprehensive nursing care on the basis of conventional post -natal care.Results The postpartum analgesia of the observation group after 1d, 2d and 3d were higher than that of the control group , respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive nursing care on maternal postpartum uterine pain can effectively reduce maternal pain , improve maternal quality of life , and accelerate recovery . |
