针药并用治疗顽固性失眠78例

目的针药并用治疗顽固性失眠。肝气郁结,瘀血阻络,心神失养,阳不入阴,神不守舍为其主要病机。方法针药并用,运用血府逐瘀汤加减配合针灸第一组腧穴:百会、四神聪、安眠、合谷、太冲、足三里、神门、三阴交,第二组华佗夹脊穴,华佗夹脊穴采用蟠龙刺法,两组腧穴交替使用。结果总有效率为92%。结论针药并用疗效确切,值得推广。

Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Intractable Insomnia for 78 Cases

Objective The acupuncture and medicine was used to treat intractable insomnia .Liver qi stagnation , blood stasis , mind dystrophy , the disharmony of yin and yang and absent mind as its main pathogenesis .Method The modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and acupuncture were used in the first group of acupoints as follows:Baihui (DU20), Sishencong (EX-HN1), Anmian, Hegu (LI4), Zusanli (ST36), Taichong (LR3), Shenmen (HT7) and Sanyinjiao (SP6), and in the second group as follows:Huatuo Jiaji.Panlong acupuncture was used at Huatuo Jiaji point , and the above two group points were alternately used .Result The effective rate was 92%.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of intractable insomnia has definite effect , and is worthy of promotion .
