双黄连含片治疗感冒（风热证）临床试验研究

目的：观察双黄连含片治疗感冒（风热证）患者的临床治疗和安全性。方法：采用3∶1单盲随机对照试验。其中试验组60例,对照组21例,治疗组药用双黄连含片,一次4片,一日3次。对照组药用双黄连口服液,一次为20毫升,一日3次。以上两组均连续3天为一疗程。结果：治疗组痊愈率为55.00%,愈显效率为81.67%,总有效率为96.67%,能显著改善患者发热时的体温,在单项症状方面,试验组各项症状,治疗前后组内比较,均有非常显著性的差异。以上各项与对照组比较,疗效均相似。结论：本品治疗感冒（风热证）患者,疗效确切,安全无毒无副作用。

ShanghuangIian Tablet Treatment of the Clinical Research Fengreganmao

Objective： To investigate Fengreganmao Shuanghuanglian tablet treatment of patients with clinical efficacy. Methods： 3：1 single-blind randomized controlled trial. 60 cases of the test group,the control group of 21 cases, the treatment group Shuanghuanglian medicinal tablets, a four day three times. Medicinal Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid control group,20ml for a day tree times. 2 treatment groups were on the 3rd. Results：The cure rate is 55.00%, 81.67% to become more efficient, and the total efficiency of 96.67%, significantly improved the patients with fever, body temperature, in the individual symptoms, the symptoms of the test group, treatment group before and after comparison, there was a significant difference. These compared with the control group, were similar effect. Conclusion： This treatment of influenza（Wind-heat Syndrome） patients, efficacy and safe non-toxic no side effects.
