| 摘 要： | 阿片类药物愈来愈广泛应用于治疗癌性疼痛，但其在有效止痛的同时所带来的副作用越来越受到人们关注，便秘是阿片类药物最突出的副作用，严重影响了癌痛患者的生活质量。本文主要就近年来阿片类药物所致便秘的中西医治疗作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Opioids are extensively applied in the treatment of cancer pain .Although its analgesic effects is obviously , the side effects has attracted more and more attention .Constipation is the most outstanding side effects of opioid drugs ,which seriously effects the life quality of patients with cancer pain .This article mainly reviews Chinese and western medicine treatment of constipation induced by opioid drugs . |
