麦冬汤合牛膝饮治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压临床观察

目的探究麦冬汤合牛膝饮加味治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月—2018年10月收纳治疗的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者50例进行随机分组,研究组(27例)给予麦冬汤合牛膝饮加味治疗,对照组患者(23例)进行西药常规治疗,对2组患者血压、血糖进行分析对比。结果研究组患者餐后2 h血糖为(7. 4±1. 1) mmol/L,空腹血糖为(6. 1±0. 5) mmol/L,对照组餐后2 h血糖水平为(9. 8±1. 2) mmol/L,空腹血糖为(7. 6±0. 8) mmol/L,组间差异显著(P <0. 05);研究组收缩压及舒张压分别为(131. 4±10. 1) mm Hg、(84. 8±6. 9) mm Hg,对照组分别为(147. 4±9. 6) mm Hg、(89. 8±7. 0) mm Hg,组间差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者给予麦冬汤合牛膝饮加味治疗取得显著成效,可有效改善患者血糖血压水平,提高治疗效率,临床上值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Maidong Decoction and Niuxi Drink in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maidong decoction combined with Niuxi drink on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The study group(27 cases)was treated with Maidong decoction and Niuxi drink.The control group(23 cases)was treated with routine western medicine.The blood pressure and blood sugar of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The blood glucose level at 2 hours after meal in the study group was(7.4±1.1)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose was(6.1±0.5)mmol/L,the blood glucose level at 2 hours after meal in the control group was(9.8±1.2)mmol/L,and fasting blood glucose was(7.6±0.8)mmol/L.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the study group were(131.4±10.1)mm Hg,(84.8±6.9)mm Hg,(147.4±9.6)mm Hg,(89.8±7.0)mm Hg respectively,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maidong decoction combined with Niuxi drink can effectively improve blood sugar,blood pressure level and treatment efficiency for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
