| 摘 要： | 目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的疗效。方法将200例缓解期哮喘患儿随机分为对照组100例和观察组100例。两组均采用基础疗法对症治疗,观察组在基础疗法上加用三伏天中药穴位贴敷。结果观察组总显效率达85.0%,显著优于对照（P〈0.01）,复发率明显减低。结论三伏中药穴位敷贴可有效缓解患者临床症状,减少复发,提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： Observation of Point Application Winter Disease adjuvant treatment efficacy of children with asthma remission.Methods： 200 cases of asthmatic children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 100 cases .Both groups were symptomatic treatment based therapy,therapy on the basis of the observation group in the dog days plus acupoint sticking.Results： Observation group was markedly effective rate was 85.0% ,significantly better than control （P 0.01 ）,relapse rate was significantly reduced.Conclusion： dog day point application of Chinese medicine can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce relapse and improve efficacy. |
