| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抚触加按摩对婴儿生长发育的影响.方法:在传统抚触方法基础上加脊背穴位按摩方法.将800例婴儿随机分为两组,即抚触加按摩组和对照组.对抚触加按摩组400例婴儿生后进行抚触加按摩,每天2次,每次20min.对照组400例,按婴儿常规护理,不作任何抚触.30天均施行纯母乳喂养.评估指标两组相同,均为头围、身长、体重;可安慰性、前臂弹回、手握持.采用易思统计学软件对数据配对t检验进行处理.结果:接受抚触加按摩后的婴儿第30天神经行为可安慰性增强,双上肢前臂弹回活跃,手握持和重复抓握,反应良好,与对照组相比,P＜0.01.30天两组婴儿头围、身长、体重差异有极显著性,P＜0.01.结论:抚触加按摩可促进婴儿生长发育和神经系统的发育.
