苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果观察

目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法在医院2015年5月—2016年5月期间诊治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中抽取78例作研究对象,并采取随机抽签方式分组,对照组(39例)单纯行布地奈德吸入治疗,治疗组(39例)采取苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗后的肺功能指标水平以及咳嗽症状积分变化。结果治疗组患者治疗后的FVC、FEV1、PEF水平均高于对照组(均P0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的咳嗽症状积分明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗有效率是94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%(P0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果肯定,可有效解除患者咳嗽症状,并改善其肺功能,可借鉴。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule Combined with Budesonide Inhalation in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of SuhuangZhike capsule combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods From May 2015 to May 2016 in the hospital, 78 cases of patients with cough variant asthma were collected as the research objects, taking a random ballot packet, and they were divided into control group (n=39) was treated with budesonide inhalation therapy and treatment group (n=39) was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with budesonide inhalation treatment.The clinical curative effect, the pulmonary function index and cough symptom score changes between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the FVC, FEV1 and PEF levels of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The cough symptom score of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87% which was higher than 79.49% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion SuhuangZhike capsule combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma has certainly clinical effect, can effectively relieve the symptoms of cough, improve the lung function, and can be used for reference.
