从五脏相关谈针刺五俞穴治疗心脏神经官能症

心脏神经官能症是神经官能症的一种特殊类型,其病因病机与五脏功能失调相关。五脏俞是五脏之气输注于背腰部的腧穴,是五脏之气转输流注于全身的枢纽,且五脏俞接近内脏,作用直接,五脏之病当取五脏背俞穴来进行治疗。调五脏之背俞穴可调五脏气血阴阳,而使机体达到阴平阳秘、精神内守、气血调和以安五脏之精神。现从五脏相关论就五脏俞治疗心脏神经官能症的理论、临床及机理研究作系统论述。

Discussion on Acupuncture Five Shu Points in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis from the Correlation of Five Viscera

Cardiac neurosis is a special type of neurosis , the etiology and pathogenesis is associated with disorders of the five viscera .Five zang-organs points are the spirit of the five viscera infusion in the back waist points , is the hub of the entire body of the spirit of five viscera transfer lingers , are close to internal organs , and organs have direct effect .Five viscera back-shu point is used when the disease of five viscera.Regulating five viscera of back-shu point can regulate qi and blood , yin and yang of five viscera , and obtain relative equilibrium of yin-yang and coordination between qi and blood to soothe five viscera .In this paper, the system was discussed on theory , clinical and its mechanism of five shu in the treatment of cardiac neurosis from the correlation of five viscera .
