真武汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

目的探讨真武汤联合柴胡疏肝散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年5月—2014年11月我院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者90例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予口服匹维溴铵片治疗,观察组采取真武汤联合柴胡疏肝散治疗。两组均连续治疗20d后进行症状积分及疗效对比。结果两组经治疗后总症状积分均下降,且观察组总症状积分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P0.05)。结论真武汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Zhenwu Decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome .Methods 90 cases of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2014 were selected, according to the different treatment methods , and they were divided into observation group and control group , with 45 cases in each group .The control group was given oral treatment of Pinaverium Bromide tablets .The observation group took Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder .The symptom scores and therapeutic effect of two groups after continuous treatment of 20d compared.Results After treatment, the total symptom score of two groups decreased , and the total symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group , and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome has significantly clinical curative effect , and it is worth promoting .
