香丹注射液联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果观察

目的探讨香丹注射液联合缬沙坦在慢性心力衰竭中的治疗效果。方法选择我院80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组和对照组均给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组同时给予香丹注射液联合缬沙坦治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后心率、左心室舒张末期容积、左心室射血分数改变情况,评定治疗后临床效果。结果观察组治疗前的心率、左心室舒张末期容积、左心室射血分数分别和对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组治疗后的心率、左心室舒张末期容积、左心室射血分数分别和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组总有效率(95.0%)大于对照组的总有效率(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论香丹注射液联合缬沙坦有助于改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高临床治疗效果,值得借鉴。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Xiangdan Injection combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Xiangdan injection combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group and the control group were given conventional anti heart failure treatment, and the observation group was also given Xiangdan injection combined with valsartan therapy.Before and after treatment, the heart rate, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction change situation of the two groups was observed, and the clinical effect after treatment was evaluated.Results Before treatment, the heart rate, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was compared with the control group, respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, the heart rate, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was compared with the control group, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate (the sum of completely effective rate and effective rate, 95.0%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (75.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangdan injection combined with valsartan helps to improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and clinical therapeutic effect, and is worthy of reference.
