中医护理方案对腰椎间盘突出患者临床疗效分析

目的分析中医护理方案对腰椎间盘突出患者的临床疗效。方法 2015年12月—2016年12月在大连市中医医院就诊的60例腰椎间盘突出症的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例采取普通护理措施,试验组30例在对照组的基础上使用中医护理方案,比较两组患者的临床有效率和护理依从性。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出的患者采取中医护理方案,可以有效提高患者的临床有效率和对护理的依从性,值得在临床推广。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme on Patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme on patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 60 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc from December 2015 to December 2016 in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 30 cases received normal nursing measures.The experimental group of 30 cases received traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and the nursing compliance were compared.Results Each index of the experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Results The traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme on patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can effectively improve therapeutic effect and nursing compliance, and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
