团体中医心理干预在抑郁症中的对照观察

目的观察团体中医心理联合舍曲林对抑郁症的疗效。方法将符合ICD—10抑郁症诊断标准77例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别用中医团体心理干预联合舍曲林(治疗组38例)和舍曲林(对照组39例)治疗。在治疗前及用药第2、4、12周用汉密尔顿(HAMA)评定效果,记录不良反应。从12周至24周随机比较两组疗效及依从性。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,HAMA量表减分率高于对照组,不良反应较对照组明显减少,即治疗组综合疗效好于对照组。结论团体中医心理干预联合抑郁药疗效确切,不良反应少,依从性高,可作临床推广。

Comparative Observation on the Group Psychological Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Depression

Objective To observe the curative effect of group psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sertraline in depression.Methods 77 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups according to the ICD-10 depression diagnosis standard.The treatment group of 38 cases was treated with group psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sertraline.The control group of 39 cases was treated with sertraline.Before treatment and at the second,4th,12nd weeks,the Hamilton (HAMA) was used to evaluate curative effect,and the adverse reactions were recorded.From 12 to 24 weeks,the curative effect and compliance of were compared.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the reduction rate of HAMA the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the adverse reaction of the treatment group was significantly less than those of the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The group psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with depression drug has exact effect,less adverse reaction and high compliance,and can be used for clinical recommendation.
