中医情志护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者心理状态的影响

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术(LS)患者应用中医情志护理对其心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年9月收治的126例妇科LS患者,根据随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上予以中医情志护理。记录比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,护理满意度。结果与对照组同期相比,术后6h、12h及24h观察组VAS评分均显著更低(P0.05);两组护理后SAS、SDS评分,均显著低于护理前(P0.05);与对照组护理后比较,观察组心理状态改善程度更为显著(P0.05);观察组满意度为95.2%,明显高于对照组的84.1%(P0.05)。结论妇科LS患者应用中医情志护理能更有效调整其心理状态,缓解术后疼痛,改善护患关系,加速康复进程,具有较高临床推广价值。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mental Nursing on Mentation of Patient with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine mental nursing on mentation of patient with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Selecting 126 cases of patients with gynecological LS from January 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general nursing.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medical mental nursing besides general nursing.After operation, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after nursing, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and nursing satisfaction were recorded and compared.Result The VAS score (6 h, 12 h and 24 h after surgery) of the observation group was significant lower than those of the control group in same period (P<0.05).After nursing, SAS and SDS score of the two groups was significant lower than that before nursing (P<0.05).Comparing with the control group after nursing, the mentation of the observation group significantly improved (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was 95.2% which was significant higher than 84.1% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical mental nursing helps to improve gynecological LS patient's mentation, relieve postoperative pain, improve nurse-patient relationship, and accelerate recovery.Traditional Chinese medical mental nursing can be widely used in clinical treatment.
