中西医结合护理在中风病中的应用效果评价

目的研究并分析中西医结合护理在中风病中的应用效果。方法我院2014年1月—2016年1月期间共收治中风病患者68例,随机分组,对照组34例患者进行常规护理,观察组34例患者运用中西医结合护理进行护理干预,对比两组患者的中医证候积分情况、生活能力评分情况、生活质量评分情况与临床护理满意度等。结果两组患者在中医证候积分和生活能力评分方面存在显著性差异(P0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分与临床护理满意度均优于对照组患者,两组对比,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论对于中风病患者而言,运用中西医结合护理方法进行临床护理工作,不仅有助于改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活能力与生活质量,且有助于临床护理满意度的提高,对构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义,值得推广。

Evaluation on the Application Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Stroke

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in stroke patients.Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, 68 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 34 patients was given routine nursing care.The observation group of 34 cases received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.TCM syndrome score, life ability scores, scores of quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction was compared, respectively.Results Two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome score and life ability score existed significant difference (P<0.05).The quality of life score and clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing not only helps to improve the patient's clinical symptoms, life ability and quality of life, and contributes to the improvement of clinical nursing satisfaction, so it is of great significance to building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, which is worthy to be popularized.
