优质护理联合中药外洗对肛瘘术后患者临床疗效的影响

目的探讨优质护理对肛瘘术后患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月于抚顺市中医院肛肠科接受手术治疗的肛瘘患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,术后应用常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用优质护理方案,观察两组患者术后自理能力、镇痛药量及患者临床满意度。结果优质临床护理方案可改善患者术后自理能力,降低镇痛药用量,提高临床护理满意度,试验组疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论优质护理方案可提高患者康复速度,尽早恢复自理能力,减轻预后康复疼痛,降低镇痛药用量,增进医患关系,提高临床护理满意度,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Influence of the Clinical Curative Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention and External Washing of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Postoperative Anal Fistula Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on postoperative anal fistula.Methods Sixty patients with anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment from April 2015 to April 2016 in Fushun hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) received routine care program and experimental group of 30 cases applied high quality nursing.The self-care ability,analgesic dose and clinical satisfaction were observed.Results The high quality clinical nursing program can improve the self-care ability of the patients,reduce the dosage of analgesics,and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The high quality care program can improve the rehabilitation rate of patients,as soon as possible to restore their own ability,reduce the prognosis of rehabilitation pain and the amount of analgesics,improve the relationship between doctors and patients and the clinical care satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
