中药灌肠联合中药热奄包治疗盆腔炎临床效果

目的探讨中药灌肠联合中药热奄包治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法收集我院2015年5月—2016年5月92例盆腔炎患者,按照入院顺序分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在基础治疗上应用中药热奄包联合保留灌肠疗法治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及症状积分变化。结果观察组治疗后总有效率与对照组比较明显提高(P0.05);两组患者治疗后的症状积分均低于治疗前(P0.05),且观察组症状积分改善程度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合中药热奄包治疗盆腔炎效果明显,可显著改善患者临床症状,具有较高的应用推广价值。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine Reyan Package in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Reyan package in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Method In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016, 92 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received the conventional treatment, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Reyan package on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and symptom score changes were compared between two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment increased significantly comparing with the control group (P<0.05).The symptom score of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, the improvement on symptoms of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Reyan package in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease has obvious effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a high application value.
