平衡针灸配合电针治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

目的：观察平衡针灸配合电针治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为治疗组（46例）和对照组（40例）。治疗组急性期（1—7天）健侧给予平衡针灸治疗,穴取腰痛穴、鼻炎穴、胃痛穴,7天后配合患侧分组常规取穴加电针;对照组急性期健侧常规取穴并开四关,恢复期患侧分组常规取穴加电针。结果：治疗组痊愈率为73.9%,明显高于对照组50%（P〈0.025）。结论：平衡针灸配合电针是治疗周围性面瘫的有效疗法。

Clinical Observation on Balance Acupuncture Coordinating Electroacupuncture for Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of balance acupuncture coordinating electroacupuncture for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods ： Eghity-six cases were randomly divided into a treatment groop（ n = 46） and a control groop（ n = 40）. The treatment groop at the acute stage（1-7days） were treated with balance acupuncture on healthy side, and 7days later electroacupuncture were added at acupoints selected routinely on sickness side ; the control groop at the acute stage were treated with acupuncture at acupoints selected reutionely and openning siguan, and at recovery stage electroacupuncture were used at acupoits selected routinely on sickness side. Results： The cured rate of 78.6% in the treatment groop was significantly higher than 50.0 % in the control groop（ P 〈 0.025）. Conclusion： Balance acupuncture coordinating electroacuptmcture is an effective therapy for peripheral facial paralysis.
