| 摘 要： | 目的观察桂枝加葛根汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及椎动脉血液流动改善影响。方法将符合诊断标准的160例病例,给予桂枝加葛根汤治疗,将中药汤剂煎煮后,分两次口服,每日一次,1个月为1个疗程。并以彩色多普勒检测其血液流变学变化进行治疗前后自身对照比较。结果 1个疗程后,通过超声经颅多普勒(TCD)观察,病人治疗后椎动脉各项血流参数均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝加葛根汤对椎动脉型颈椎病的椎动脉血流改善有显著效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the efficacy treatment of the vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis by Guizhi Jia Gegen Decoction and the observations of vertebral artery blood flow improve the situation.Methods Diagnostic criteria shall conform to the 160 cases,give Guizhi Jia Jia Gegen Decoction orally.After boiling the decoction of Chinese medicine,oral twice a day once a month for a course of treatment.By transcranial Doppler ultrasound（TCD） observation of vertebral artery blood flow changes before and after the treatment self-reflection comparison.Results After a period of treatment,By transcranial Doppler ultrasound（TCD） observation,Patients of vertebral artery after treatment than those before treatment of various blood flow parameters significantly improved,The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Guizhi Jia Gegen Decoction on vertebral artery blood flow significantly improve the results. |
