| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药蓝芩口服液联合口腔基础治疗对口腔溃疡的疗效。方法比较治疗组（蓝芩口服液联合口腔基础治疗）53例与对照组（口腔基础治疗）50例治疗前后的疼痛、治愈时间和临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组与对照组痊愈比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,临床疗效有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论蓝芩口服液能进一步消除口腔溃疡患者疼痛症状和缩短治愈时间,临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect on oral ulcer treated with Lanqin oral liquid combined with oral basis treatment.Methods Treatment group in 53 cases were treated with Lanqin oral solution combined with oral basis treatment,while control group in 50 cases were treated with oral basis therapy. We compared the clinical curative effect of healing time and pain in both treatment group and control group before and after treatment. Results After the treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. The clinical effect was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid can further eliminate pain symptoms and shorten healing time,which has significant clinical effect,and few adverse reactions. |
