支气管扩张症中医辨证分型的现状探析

支气管扩张症是临床上常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,具有病程长、反复发作、难以治愈的特点,中医治疗支气管扩张症积累了丰富的经验,但在辨证分型方面存在诸多分歧,尚无统一标准,主要涉及"痰、热、虚、瘀"4大方面的证型,涉及肺脏、肝肾、脾胃等诸脏,与气、血、痰、热密切相关。其中最常见的有痰热壅肺证、肝火犯肺证、气阴两虚证、气虚血瘀证,此文旨在通过对此病临床辨证分型的探讨,以期对临床有所指导帮助。

Analysis on the Present Situation of Bronchiectasis Syndrome Differentiation and Classification in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Bronchiectasis is a common chronic respiratory disease,which have the characteristic of long course,recurrence attacks and difficult to cure. Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of bronchiectasis,however,there are many differences in syndrome and there is no unified standard. It mainly involves the four syndrome types of "phlegm,heat,deficiency and stasis",involving the lungs,liver and kidney,spleen and stomach,and is closely related to qi,blood,phlegm and heat. Among them,the most common are syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung,syndrome of liver fire invading lung,syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis. The purpose of this article is to explore the clinical syndrome differentiation of this disease,in order to provide clinical guidance and help.
