辨证护理在甲亢失眠患者中的应用效果

目的探析甲亢失眠患者应用中医辨证护理的效果。方法从2017年9月—2019年2月收治的甲亢失眠患者中选出132例为研究对象,随机分成2组,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者给予中医辨证护理,对比2组的睡眠质量评分等。结果护理1个月后,观察组的PSQI睡眠障碍评分、SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分均低于对照组,P <0.05;观察组的护理满意度98.48%高于对照组的护理满意度89.39%,P <0.05。结论中医辨证护理的实施有助于缓解甲亢失眠患者的睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量;舒缓负性情绪,构建和谐护患关系,值得推广。

Application Effect on Syndrome Differentiation Nursing of Patients with Hyperthyroidism and Insomnia

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on hyperthyroidism insomnia patients. Methods 132 patients with hyperthyroidism and insomnia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing. The sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of nursing,the PSQI sleep disorder score,SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98. 48% which was higher than that of the control group( 89. 39%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing is helpful to alleviate sleep disorders and improve sleep quality of patients with hyperthyroidism and insomnia,relieve negative emotions and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,which is worth promoting.
