冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘

目的探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘患者132例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组66例,对照组采取常规口服西药治疗,观察组采用冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.45%明显高于对照组80.30%,差异显著(P0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Acupoint Application Therapy of Treating Winter Diseases in Summer in the Treatment of Infantile Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To discuss the curative effect of treating winter diseases in summer and acupoint application in the treatment of infantile cough variant asthma .Methods 132 cases of cough variant asthma patients in our hospital were selected .They were randomly divided into observation group and control group , and each group had 66 cases.The control group was treated with routine oral Western medicine .The observation group was treated with acupoint application therapy of treating winter diseases in summer .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45% which was significantly higher than 80.30% of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application therapy of treating winter diseases in summer in the treatment of infantile cough variant asthma has significantly therapeutic effect , and is worthy of clinical application .
