| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：将糖尿病足随机分为糖足康水丸治疗组，西药胰激肽释放酶对照组（ｎ＝４０）例，结果治疗组治愈率７０％， 效率９５％。糖足康水丸治疗组明显优于胰激肽释放酶对照组，糖足康水丸有改善血液流变学、甲皱微循环多项指标的作用，治疗前后均有显著差异，在甲皱微循环的改善方面治疗较对照组更为显著，结论：糖足康水丸治疗糖尿病足有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the clinical curative effect of treating diabetic foot with Chinese medicinal herbs.Method:120 Cases of diabetic foot were divided into tangzukang treatment group(80 cases) and pancreatic kallikrein control group(40 cases)at random.Result:The cure rate of treatment group reached 70% and the whole effective rate reached 95%,which was obviously superior to the control group of pancreatic kallikrein ( P <0 01).Tangxukang water paste pills could improve several indexes including blood rheology and nail fold microcirculation.Marked distinction existed between pre treatment and post treatent( P <0 01) and the treatment group was superior to control group especially in improving nail fold microcirculation ( P <0 01).Conclusion:Tangzukang water paste pills had obvious curative effect in treating diabetic foot . |
