浮针结合理筋正骨法治疗单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的:观察浮针结合理筋正骨法治疗单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年3月在广东省惠州市中心人民医院确诊为单纯颈、腰椎椎间盘突出症的患者共124例,按照随机数字表法均分到对照组和观察组。观察组采用浮针结合理筋正骨法治疗,对照组进行常规针灸推拿治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分和中医症状评分情况,并对颈、腰椎功能改善情况日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评定表、Owestry功能障碍指数评分进行分析。结果:观察组有59例经治疗有效,总有效率(95.16%);对照组总有效人数47例,总有效率(75.81%)(P0.05)。观察组治疗后患者VAS评分为(1.71±0.45)分,中医症状评分(3.57±1.89)分;对照组患者VAS评分为(3.26±1.02)分,中医症状评分(6.94±2.65),得分均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后患者JOA评分为(22.77±3.82)分,Oawestry评分(17.17±4.12)分;对照组患者JOA评分为(19.68±3.05)分,Oawestry评分(19.24±3.67)。2组JOA评分和Oawestry评分有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:因此运用浮针结合理筋正骨法对单纯性颈、腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗可活血通络、理气散瘀,疗效确切。

Observation on Clinical Effects of Floating Acupuncture Combined with Tendon Bone Setting in Treating Cervical and Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

To observe the clinical effects of floating acupuncture combined with tendon bone setting is treated with cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods:A total of 124 cases who were diagnosed as simple cervical, lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016, were divided into the control group and treatment group according to the random number table method. The treatment group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with tendon bone setting, and the control group was given routine treatment of acupuncture and tuina. The clinical efficacy, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and TCM symptom score of the 2 groups were compared. And the improvement of cervical and lumbar function Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores (JOA), and Owestry functional disability index score were analyzed. Results:In the treatment group, 59 cases were effective, with total effective rate of 95.16%. The number of total effective in the control group was 47 cases, with total effective rate of 75.81% (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score was 1.71±0.45, and TCM symptom score was 3.57±1.89 in treatment group, and 3.26±1.02 and 6.94±2.65 in control group respectively. The differences of scores were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA score of the treatment group was 22.77±3.82, Owestry score was 17.17±4.12, and was 19.68±3 and 19.24±3.67 in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the 2 groups in JOA and Oawestry score (P<0.05). Conclusion:Therefore, the use of floating needle combined with tendon bone setting method in treating simple cervical or lumbar disc herniation can promoting blood circulation, regulate qi and remove blood stasis, with certain curative effects.
