基于三部六病理论体系为基层医疗机构提供防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的思路

目前新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的防控工作刻不容缓,发挥基层医疗机构的积极作用尤为重要。中医三部六病学术流派以三阴三阳系统辨证体系对寒温进行了梳理,指出伤寒和温病可以进行初步的统一;对此次新型冠状病毒肺炎应做到辨证论治,而不局限于病名之辨;中医三部六病学术流派对新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床症状进行了辨证分析,提出相应的中医诊疗思路,为基层诊疗机构提供了防治方案;中医三部六病学术流派基于对人的整体气血的认识,总结出一套刺激表系统以增强肺卫之气的导引术,为预防新型冠状病毒肺炎提供了经济、有效、便捷的方法。

Based on the Theory System of Three Regions and Six Diseases to Provide Ideas for Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 in Primary Medical Institutions

At present,it is all the more urgent to prevent and control the 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia,and it is particularly important to give full play to the positive role of primary medical institutions.The sect of three regions and six diseases in TCM used the syndrome differentiation system of three yin and three Yang systems to reorganize the typhoid and febrile diseases and then we point out that typhoid and febrile diseases can be preliminarily unified.We think the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infected pneumonia should be treated according to syndrome differentiation,not limited to the debate of the name of the disease.We made a dialectical analysis of the clinical symptoms of pneumonia,put forward the corresponding TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas,and have provided prevention and treatment programs for basic medical institutions.Based on the understanding of the whole Qi and blood of human,we summarized a set of breathing exercise to improve immunity by stimulating the surface system,which provided an economic,effective and convenient method for the prevention of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infected pneumonia.
