| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药辨证论治对卵巢储备功能低下患者的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的18例患者，根据中医辨证论治分为肝肾阴虚和脾肾两虚型，并随证加减治疗。结果：18例患者中，10例症状完全消失，8例好转。18例中有12例FSH水平显著下降。结论：中医辨证论治能显著改善卵巢储备功能低下性月经不调患者的临床症状并调整其激素水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore treatment of menoxenia due to poor ovarian reserve function with syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine.Methods:Eighteen participants that met the diagnostic criterion were selected and differentiated to the pattern of liver-kidney yin deficiency,or the pattern of spleen-kidney deficiency,then treated accordingly with modifications.Results:Among 18 patients,symptoms disappeared for 10 of them and were relieved for 8 of them.FSH levels had dropped considerably for 12 patients.Conclusion:syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine can remarkably improve clinical manifestations and regulate release of hormones for patients of menoxenia due to poor ovarian reserve function. |
