中医药辨证治疗老年性阴道炎临床观察

目的:探讨中医药辨证施治对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法:选择老年性阴道炎患者74例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组37例,两组均采用阴道用乳酸杆菌胶囊及甲硝唑片治疗,治疗组采用辨证施治方法另给予中医药治疗,疗程4周,比较两组临床疗效以及阴道炎症状评分和阴道健康指数。结果:对照组患者临床有效率为83.8%,治疗组临床有效率为97.3%,临床有效率治疗组高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前两组阴道健康评分及阴道炎症状评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后治疗组阴道健康评分为17.6±3.54,对照组阴道健康评分为15.2±3.10,治疗组阴道健康评分高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组阴道炎症状评分为(6.1±1.17)分,对照组阴道炎症状评分为(8.2±1.06),治疗组阴道炎症评分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用中医药辩证治疗老年性阴道炎能够改善临床治疗效果,有效控制临床症状,具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Senile Vaginitis

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treating senile vaginitis. Methods：Seventy four patients with senile vaginitis were selected and randomized into control group and treatment group, with 37 cases in each. Lactobacilli collocystis and arilin tablet were given to patinets in both groups, and traditional Chinese medicine was also applied in treatment group with syndrome differentiation. The course of treatment was 4 weeks, and clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups in- cluding as well as vaginitis symptom sore and vaginal health index. Results：Clinical effective rate was 83.8% in control group and that of the treatment group was 97.3%, which showed better clinical effect in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of the scores of vaginitis symptom and vaginal health before the treatment （P 〉 0.05 ） ; after the treatment, the vaginal health score in treatment group was 17.6±3.54, and that of control group was 15.2±3.10, which showed significant differences （ P 〈 0.05） ; the score of vaginitis symptom in treatment group was 6.1 ±1.17 and that of the control group was 8.2 ± 1.06 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine using syndrome differentiation could improve clinical effect in trea- ting senile vaginitis, and effectively relieve clinical symptom.
