| 摘 要： | 目的:研究接骨七厘软胶囊对大鼠骨折、软组织损伤愈合的影响。方法:以大鼠建立骨折与瘀血模型,比较接骨七厘软胶囊、接骨七厘散对大鼠骨折模型愈合的影响。结果:接骨七厘软胶囊与接骨七厘散均能缩短骨折大鼠骨折愈合的时间,缩短软组织损伤愈合时间。软胶囊与散剂比较,能明显减少药材用量,等同效应情况下,软胶囊的用量可减少1/2。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the impact of Jiegu Qili Soft Capsule on rat fracture,soft tissue injury and healing.Methods:We established fracture and blood stasis model in rats,compared the impact of Jiegu Qili Soft Capsule and Jiegu Qili Powder on the healing of bone fracture.Results:Both medicines can shorten healing time of bone fracture healing,and the healing time of soft tissue fractures.Conclusion:The soft capsules have equivalent curative effect with half the raw material used in the form of powder. |
