| 摘 要： | 中医医案作为专家经验的载体,对指导中医临床实践、提升中医学者临证水平具有重要意义,人工智能领域案例推理技术有望弥补现有中医医案研究情境化特征缺失的遗憾。但由于不同类型的中医医案研究要点不同,因此,本文通过分析中医医案的分类、特点及研究现状,并通过考察案例推理的理论内涵及在中医医案方向的应用现状,探讨案例推理对中医临床案例研究的启示。

| Abstract: | As the carrier of expert experience,TCM medical records are of great significance to guide TCM clinical practice and improve the clinical practicing level of TCM scholars.Case-based reasoning technology in the field of artificial intelligence is expected to make up for the lack of situational features in existing TCM medical case research.However,different types of TCM cases have various research points.Therefore,by analyzing the classification,characteristics and research status of TCM medical cases,and investigating the theoretical connotation of CBR and its application status in TCM medical cases,this paper discusses the enlightenment of case-based reasoning to TCM clinical case studies. |
