注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗高血压的临床观察

摘    要:目的:分析注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗高血压患者的临床疗效,并探究其可能的机制。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年5月昆明医科大学附属延安医院老年病科收治的高血压患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。2组患者均予以高血压常规治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以注射用丹参多酚酸盐,比较2组血压控制效果、治疗前后血压变化水平、肱动脉内径、实验室检查结果和安全性的差异。结果:观察组血压控制有效率高于对照组(98.67%比81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后肱动脉内径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后内皮祖细胞(EPCs)数量、增殖细胞、迁移细胞、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及一氧化氮(NO)均较治疗前均明显提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压患者常规治疗辅以注射用丹参多酚酸盐疗效确切,可改善血管内皮功能,且无明显的不良反应。

Abstract:To analyze the clinical effects of injection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenolate in adjuvant treatment of hypertensive patients and explore its possible mechanism.Methods:A total of 86 patients with hypertension admitted to Department of Geriatrics,Yan''an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given routine treatment of hypertension.On the basis of this,the study group was supplemented with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenolate for injection.The blood pressure control effect,blood pressure change level before and after treatment,brachial artery inner diameter,laboratory test results and safety were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the study group was higher than that in the control group(98.67% vs 81.40%).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the 2 groups were lower than those in the treatment group,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference was significant(All P<0.05).The diameter of brachial artery before and after treatment was not different between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of endothelial progenitor cells,proliferating cells,migrating cells,nitric oxide,vascular endothelial growth factor,MDA,and SOD were significantly increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The routine treatment of hypertensive patients supplemented with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenolate for injection has definite curative effect,can improve vascular endothelial function,and has no obvious adverse reactions,which is worth of being optimized.
