| 摘 要： | 采用风寒和二氧化硫综合刺激大鼠,大鼠出现了咳嗽、气急、乏力,易感等肺气虚症状。检测表明肺气虚模型鼠细胞和体液免疫功能下降,负重游泳试验时间减少;体表温度,尤其是背部体表温度下降;超微结构观察发现气管、支气管粘膜存在广泛的缺损性病变。

| Abstract: | Rats were stimulated with exogenous wind, cold and SO2, causing coughing, dyspnea, listlessness, and vulnerable to disease which are manifestations of deficiency of lung-Qi. .Examination revealed that the cellular and humoral immunity in such animal models were decreased, the time of swimming with burden was shortened, the skin temperature, especially in the dorsal surface was lowered. Microstructural observation showed that defective lesions were extensively present in the trachea and bronchi. Bnfei decoction was effective to relieve symptoms and syndomes of the rat- |
