摘    要:目的观察辛开苦降法对功能性消化不良(FD)模型大鼠胃舒缩活动的影响。方法将24只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和胃康宁组,每组8只,适应性喂养7天后,按照夹尾刺激法制备FD模型,造模7天后,胃康宁组大鼠按0.625g/kg体重灌服胃康宁胶囊,每日2次,其他两组给予同体积生理盐水,连续给药12天,于第13天留取血清和胃组织,测定血浆胃动素(MTL)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及胃体组织MTL、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、Cajal间质细胞(ICC)和胃肠平滑肌细胞(SMC)的表达。结果模型组血浆MTL水平较空白组明显下降,NO水平明显升高,胃肌间神经丛MTL、ICC及SMC的阳性神经元的表达明显减弱,NOS阳性神经元表达明显增加(P0.01);与模型组比较,胃康宁组血浆MTL水平明显升高,NO水平明显降低,胃组织MTL、ICC及SMC的表达明显增强,NOS的表达减少(P0.01)。结论辛开苦降法对FD大鼠的治疗作用与其调节胃舒缩活动有关。
