高血压病患者血压昼夜节律与阴阳证型关系研究

采用24小时动态血压监测仪测定了84例偏阳亢型和偏阴虚型高血压病患者的血压。结果表明,高血压病患者血压波动呈昼高夜低和双峰双谷状。高血压病患者24小时动态血压的低谷出现在子时和未时,偏阳亢型高血压病患者的最高峰值出现在辰时,偏阴虚型高血压病患者的最高峰值出现在酉时。高血压病的发病病机是阴阳动态平衡失调而使阳亢无度,本病的中医分型可以阴阳为纲。

Investigation on Relationship Between Diurnal - Nocturnal Rhythm of Blood Pressure and Yin -yang Syndrome Types in Hypertensive Patients

By using Holler monitor electrocardiography for monitoring the dynamic changes of blood pressure in 84 cases of hypertensives of both Yang-hyperactivity and Yin -hyperactivity types. Results showed that the blood pressure of the cases revealed a high diurnal and low nocturnal type and double -crest double -trough type. The Holter BP revealed its low trough at Zi (11 : p. m. -1 : 00a. m.) and Wei (1: 00p. m. -3 : 00p. m.), and the peak B. P. value appeared at Chen (7 : 00 a. m. - 9 : 00 a. m.) in the Yang hyperactivity patient, while for the Yin hyperactivity ones, at You (5 : 00 p. m. - 7 : 00 p. m.). The mechanism of hypertension pathogenesis lies in the disharmony of Yin and Yang, resulting with boundless hyperactivity of Yang principle.
